Topgun Workshops, LLC
provides Commercial Financing and Investing Training and coaching
services ("coaching","service") described herein to you ("you"
"member" or "customer") on the following terms and conditions (Terms
And Conditions"). When you purchase a Membership package and or
receive any TopGun Coaching or membership services you are agreeing
to the following Terms and conditions.
#1 – THE DOOR CLOSES BEHIND YOU
- If you ever leave TopGun Workshops.NeT Subscribers Only Site (the
“SITE”), you can’t come back. I’m not going to have anyone coming in
every six months, downloading the updates and then leaving… only to
repeat the process. That won’t fly with me and it’s not fair to the
subscribers in good standing. If it’s not good enough for you to
stay, it’s not good enough for you to come back.
Our Focus is to get things done!
Whether it's commercial deals, acquisitions or Joint Ventures. This
site is for "players". Individuals committed to making things
happen. It is not a day care center.
REFUNDS:
If you cancel within the
first month, we will refund your first month's payment and
cancel your subscription. You can cancel your membership at
anytime by login into
paypal account. You do not need our permission to cancel
your membership. You can cancel at anytime using the link above.
If you cancel at any time after that,
we will simply stop billing your subscription fee. Once you go
past the first month there is NO REFUND for any of the past months' subscription payments.
This is
common sense, but it needs to be spelled out explicitly to avoid
any confusion..

Memberships: Lifetime
Memberships can only be canceled during the first 30 Days.
If you cancel within the first month, we will
refund your first month's payment and cancel your subscription.
Once you go past the first 30 Days there is NO REFUND.
No Exceptions.
Why Such A Strong Refund Policy?
We are in the business of
commercial financing as a business. Our livelihood is based on inside
relationships and trade secrets.
Once we share with you our trade secrets and intellectual knowledge, these
intangibles can not be returned. They are yours forever.
#2 – WHAT HAPPENS HERE STAYS HERE
- The material we provide you remains ours in every way. Unless
explicitly expressed otherwise, NO RESALE and NO REDISTRIBUTION of
our material from this site is allowed under ANY circumstances. If
you want to join and then turn around and start sharing, selling,
renting, disclosing or teaching what we disclose to you in the SITE
to other people, I reserve the right to bounce you out of the SITE
in a New York minute and slam the door. That’s not fair to the other
subscribers and won’t be tolerated.
We reserve to right to
require you to execute any or all of the following documents:
If you fail to execute
the required documents, your membership can be terminated and the
failure to execute the required documents will be treated as a act
of cancellation. We will be under no obligation to work with you on
a personal level or to assist you with any of your transactions
personally. This applies to all memberships .
#3 – CONSTRUCTIVE COMMENTS ONLY
– Nothing pisses me off more than a whining loser who complains
about everything, yet does nothing. When you join
TopGunWorkshops.net Subscribers Only Site you agree to keep a
positive attitude, keep your comments positive, and refuse to give
into the temptation to start acting like a kindergarten dropout. If
you disagree with me, say so… but do it in a manner that builds up
and doesn’t tear down.
#4 – IF YOU WANT TO SHARE OR SELL THIS MATERIAL… FORGET IT!
4A. LIMITED LICENSE ONLY! –
In addition to the various disclaimers displayed prominently at
the bottom of our website, you understand that you are
purchasing a monthly license to view the materials in the SITE.
If you cancel, or get kicked out, your license is revoked and
you may not access the material from that point on. You are not
purchasing ANY of the material in the SITE, you are only
purchasing a monthly license to view the material.
4B. RIPPING CDS & MP3 PLAYERS – You may, at your
own expense, take the MP3’s we provide on the site and convert
them into audio CD’s for playing on a regular stereo. You may
also transfer those MP3’s to ONE portable MP3 player such as an
iPod. You may NEVER sell, give, or share those CD’s or MP3’s
with anyone.
4C. eBay, ONLINE AUCTIONS, SELLING MATERIAL – You
expressly agree that, under no circumstances, will you sell,
transfer, or cause to be sold or transferred, ANY of the
material from the SITE… that means you WILL NEVER sell ANY of
the material on eBay, your own website, or any other site.
#5 – NO INCOME CLAIMS – Look, it’s no secret. I figured out how to
make insane Fees by proving several commercial Financing Services and
structuring transactions. I simply earn fees for securing financing for my clients. I find
money for a Fee AND I also locate commercial properties for a fee. I am paid well for these
services and usually only do 1 -3 deals per every 3 years. In these training
sites, I
share with you my inside secrets. This is intellectual property which means,
once you receive the information, it can't be returned. For this reason, we have
this agreement in place.
I’m not going to sit here and tell you that you’re going to be a millionaire by
next year… or that you’ll be driving a Ferrari by Christmas – I don’t know you
and I don’t know your capabilities or your drive. I’m going to show you exactly
WHAT I do and HOW I do it… what you do with it from there is up to you.
If you
get off your butt, make up your mind and take action and do something with what
I reveal to you, I CAN guarantee that you’ll be better off than you are now.
#6 – WE RESERVE THE RIGHT
– If we ever feel (for any reason whatsoever) it’s not in our
mutual best interest to continue your subscription to the SITE, we
reserve the right to cancel your subscription, revoke your limited
license, and, at our option, refund the current month’s
subscription without any advance notification.
#7. Access and Passwords
As part of the subscription process for this Site, you have selected or been
assigned a particular username and password in accordance with Top Gun
Workshops.Net's username and password guidelines.
YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE THE ONLY
INDIVIDUAL ENTITLED TO ACCESS THE SITE USING YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD, AND YOU
AGREE NOT TO PERMIT OTHERS TO ACCESS THE SITE USING YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD.
You agree that all actions taken by you, or any other user that accesses the
Site using your username and password, at or through the Site will be attributed
to and legally bind you, even with respect to acts for which the user had no
actual authority or made an error. You assume all resulting liability from use
of the Site and any services available on it by you or others using your
username or password. If you lose your username or password, please contact us
at: www.topgunsupport.com .
#8. Subscription Fees and Payments
You can always find the current Subscription Fees posted on our site. Your
subscription will continue and renew automatically, unless terminated by
Financing Boot Camp until you notify Top Gun Workshops.Net by email or
as designated on the Site of your decision to terminate your subscription.
General
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction
to be invalid, the parties agree that its remaining provisions will remain in
full force and effect, provided that the allocation of risks described herein is
given effect to the fullest extent possible. Our failure to act with respect to
a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to
subsequent or similar breaches. You agree that no joint venture, partnership,
employment or agency relationship exists between you and Top Gun Workshops.Net
or its affiliates as a result of this Agreement or your use of the Site.
